Thank you for choosing our products and services! We hope you are satisfied with your experience. Shanghai Viyur Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Viyur") has established its product after-sales service policy in strict accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China. You are entitled to return, replacement, or repair services as per the provisions and terms of this policy, detailed as follows:
I. Warranty Scope
Viyur
guarantees that, under normal use and maintenance conditions, the
equipment you purchased is free from defects caused by materials,
workmanship, or manufacturing issues during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, if a performance failure occurs under normal use and is not due to human factors or force majeure, Viyur Navigation will provide after-sales services including repair, replacement, or return.
"Normal use and maintenance conditions" refer to the installation, usage, maintenance, storage, and transportation of the product being in compliance with the user manual requirements and intended for reasonable expected purposes or applications.
II. Warranty Period
The
warranty period for products and accessories shall be as stipulated in
the contract. If the contract does not specify or the specification is
unclear, the warranty period for each series of products and accessories
shall be based on the Viyur Product Standard Warranty Period.
The commencement of the product warranty period shall be based on the date of signing the receipt, if a signed receipt exists. If there is no signed receipt or the date is unclear, the default delivery date specified in the contract or the product's shipment date and device activation date shall be used (whichever comes first).
